- Photos: Images you upload or share
- Purchase and Payment Details: Bank account, card information, billing and shipping addresses, and transaction history
- Correspondence: Messages you send, including customer service interactions and social media exchanges
- Survey Information: Personal information you provide when responding to surveys, filling out forms, providing feedback, or participating in promotions and contests
- SMS Communications: Your mobile phone number and any responses or preferences related to SMS messages you opt into, including interaction data like delivery receipts, timestamps, and message history

4. SMS Communications
TLYNT uses TextMagic to send SMS messages to creators for campaign updates, onboarding communications, and operational alerts. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from TLYNT via TextMagic.
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message or by contacting us at support@tlynt.com. Standard message and data rates may apply. Transactional messages related to active campaigns may still be sent following an opt-out where required to fulfill contractual obligations.
5. Automated Decision-Making
We may use automated tools to tailor your experience on the Platform and show personalized content based on your interaction data. We do not use fully automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human review.
6. Marketing Choices
You may receive marketing communications if you opted in or previously engaged with us. To opt out:
- Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email
- Reply STOP to any SMS marketing message
- Contact us directly at support@tlynt.com
Transactional and operational messages may still be sent even after opting out of marketing communications.
7. Advertising, Cookies, and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for analytics, advertising, and to improve your experience on the Platform. You can disable cookies through your browser settings, though doing so may affect certain features of the Platform.
8. Retention and Deletion of Your Data
